How does it work?

We supply the caravan, do the serving, the washing, can supply the glassware and the clearing of tables upon request. We hold Public Liability, and Responsible Service of Alcohol certificates, any other certificates required by your chosen venue would be obtained by you. The number of staff at your event will vary, depending on the number of guests attending.

How much will it cost?

We find that every event is unique, depending on the number of people catered for, whether or not you require coffee, the amount of time required for service, power availability and where the event is being held. Does Wyld Folk sell alcohol?

In a nutshell, no. To make the service more affordable, we get our clients to purchase the alcohol, and we serve it with valid RSA's. However, we are happy to help out with quantities if you require our assistance.

How far do we travel?

We are based on the Byron Shire but we do love a good road trip and are more than happy to travel within NSW and Southeast QLD.

How long can you hire us for?

We have a standard minimum of two hours service time, and can stay for as long as you like!

Can we serve coffee at private events?

Of course. We are more than happy to deliver you with a coffee package deal for your special event.

How big is the caravan?

Pretty small really, 4.2m long x 2.1m wide.

Do we supply any furniture?

We have some furniture available for you and your guests to relax and enjoy a beverage. We have eight small stools to pair with three tables.
